OUR PROGRAMMES

We endeavour to deliver a holistic, all-in-one digital inclusion service. Our programmes are designed to facilitate digital inclusion from every angle whilst equipping our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to become digitally self-sufficient.

Our award-winning Digital Access Programme collects, refurbishes, and repairs disused laptops, smartphones and tablets from businesses and individuals and systematically distributes them to refugees across the UK.

Our Digital Skills Programme is designed to improve the digital capabilities and confidence of our refugee clients. We run bespoke digital skills workshops, one-to-one IT drop-in sessions and online group training sessions delivered by our Digital Champions, who are often past users of our service.

Launched in Summer 2024, our Know Your Tech course offers refugees an introduction to laptop repair, electrical safety and database management. Under this programme, we also have a cohort of Techies, the volunteers who repair and refurbish devices donated to us.

Working in conjunction with our Digital Access Project, we provide internet connectivity to refugees who are without data or wifi. We distribute free data-loaded SIM cards and WiFi boxes and run data connectivity workshops in initial accommodation hotels.

We run a hybrid staff-volunteer model, so there are a number of ways you can support our operation. From becoming a Digital Champion teaching Digital Skills to refugees, to repairing or preparing devices for distribution, or helping us find devices to collect and repair - whatever your skillset, you can help.
